Collaboration: Workshops and Meetings

The Events Workshop is a focused session where we'll strategize event setup, identifying which events to import and which won't be imported. We'll begin with an overview and a review of existing notes to ensure alignment. We'll make decisions regarding historical and upcoming events and explore pre-launch event creation if needed. Additionally, we'll schedule the Data Import Huddle for further planning. By the end of this workshop, you'll have a clear plan for event management, enhancing your preparedness and efficiency in this area.
The Data Huddle is a crucial meeting designed to set you on the path to a successful data import process. During this session, we'll collaboratively develop a comprehensive plan for your data import, a key milestone in your launch journey. By the end of this huddle, you'll not only have a clear roadmap for your data import but also the confidence to navigate this critical phase with ease. We'll also block off dedicated time on our calendars, to ensure that your project stays on track, and any potential delays in data won't impact your launch timeline.
In this training workshop we'll cover essential topics, such as understanding products and where they appear for your members, adding products, managing notifications for purchases, and handling cancellations and refunds. Additionally, we'll delve into the intricacies of association settings, categories, subscriptions, orders, website order customization, and promo codes. By the end of this session, you'll be well-equipped to navigate Novi's ecommerce features effectively and enhance your association's offerings.
In this meeting, we'll review Phase Two, assessing our achievements and ensuring we're on track for a successful launch. We'll provide insights into our project status and discuss tracking our anticipated launch date. Additionally, we'll offer a sneak peek into what lies ahead in Phase Three. This meeting is not only about keeping you informed but also about maintaining our momentum as we progress towards our goals.
