Collaboration: Workshops & Meetings

In this meeting, we'll cover initial website tasks for this phase, schedule future training sessions and workshops, coordinate your access to the staging site, and outline your preparations for the upcoming content migration workshop. It's a pivotal session to kickstart your project effectively.
In our Website Content Migration Workshop, we'll shape your Novi site to reflect your unique identity and engage your members. We’ll prioritize the content from your existing site by helping you identify key content and streamline the navigation, creating pages together to ensure seamless navigation. You'll leave with a clear vision for your Novi site, actively involved in crafting its impact.
This meeting is your chance to discuss your responses to the accounting questionnaire and plan the best way to integrate QuickBooks with Novi. We've noticed the value of connecting with peers who handle similar tasks daily. Dominica Hurst, an expert in this area, is offering a 30-minute complimentary session to guide you in starting on the right foot. In this meeting, we'll tackle questions like how to migrate to or set up QuickBooks Online and its impact on Novi Data. Don’t need this? Don’t worry, we’ll be deciding with you if this meeting is beneficial to have.
In this workshop, we'll collaboratively establish member types, set up dues rules for new and renewing members.  It's all about tailoring your membership structure to your unique needs.
In this workshop, we'll collaborate to enhance your member data management. We'll review existing member fields and set key information, seamlessly integrate custom fields based on your sample data file and crucial reports as well as discuss how these fields will impact the data import process. It's all about streamlining your data for optimal performance.
Your website has been branded, and now it's time for our joint review! We aim to ensure it aligns perfectly with your communicated brand identity and accurately represents your association. During this session, we'll assess the site together and welcome your input on any desired adjustments or concerns. Your feedback is essential, and we're here to promptly address any additional information you'd like to share.
In this workshop, you'll create sample records for each member type and experience admin tasks firsthand. You drive the process, and your team can take turns sharing screens for hands-on practice. It's both training and a chance to review member-type setup and custom fields. We'll also be looking to catch any issues before data import begins, ensuring a smooth transition.
In this workshop, we'll explore the Novi platform from the member's perspective. You'll gain insights into the member experience through practical examples, including new member signups, creating user accounts, and setting passwords for existing accounts. During our session, we'll also delve into various aspects, such as: Creating a member account, joining as a member, Navigating the Member Compass as a regular member, Understanding the Member Compass as the primary contact, Reviewing recent signups, and Fine-tuning Member Compass verbiage. It's an interactive opportunity to understand and optimize the member journey within Novi.
In this meeting, we'll review Phase One, assessing our achievements and ensuring we're on track for a successful launch. We'll provide insights into our project status and discuss tracking our anticipated launch date. Additionally, we'll offer a sneak peek into what lies ahead in Phase Two. This meeting is not only about keeping you informed but also about maintaining our momentum as we progress toward our goals.
