We’ll assist you in creating and navigating custom reports, empowering you to extract valuable insights from your data, make informed decisions, and optimize your operations effectively.

Preparing for Launch Day


Pre-launch activities are vital preparations that lay the foundation for a successful launch. We'll put finishing touches on outstanding items, address any final questions you may have, and have you fully prepared for a seamless launch day.

Collaboration: Workshops and Meetings

This workshop is focused on Groups & Directories Training. It's designed to help you understand what a group is and how to set up and utilize Novi groups and member directories effectively. During this session, we will cover several topics, including the     basics of creating groups and email syncs, using groups to build member directories, and exploring different settings and options related to member directories. 
This training session focuses on harnessing the power of Novi's reporting and data management tools. You'll explore the built-in report options and learn to create custom reports for your specific needs. We'll cover various report categories, including        membership and event management, providing valuable insights into your data. By the end of this session, you'll be equipped to efficiently manage and analyze your data within Novi, helping your organization make informed decisions. 
This meeting is focused on preparing for your upcoming launch. We will cover several topics, including reviewing current progress with tasks in your project board, addressing questions and tasks related to the launch process, discussing timelines, and planning any necessary follow-up calls or actions. This is a strategic session to ensure a smooth and successful launch.
