General Position Description
Novi AMS is looking for a DevOps Engineer with a passion for creating and maintaining highly reliable, scalable systems. This position requires deep expertise in Azure and cloud-based infrastructure. You will collaborate with our development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software in a continuously improving, fast-paced environment.
As part of a small, dynamic team, you will play a critical role in helping us grow our platform. We are looking for someone who is mid to senior level in their career, comfortable with automation and infrastructure management, and experienced in driving improvements in system reliability, scalability, and security.
What You’ll Do
- Work fully remote – collaborate with your teammates using Slack, Zoom, & other tools

Design, build, and maintain infrastructure on Azure to support highly available, scalable, and secure systems

Manage Azure Front Door for load balancing and traffic management across distributed systems

Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment pipelines using tools like Gulp and Azure DevOps

Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of systems by implementing best practices in monitoring, logging, and alerting

Collaborate closely with our development team to optimize build, test, and deployment pipelines

Debug and resolve infrastructure issues across environments and applications

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery

Work with Microsoft SQL Server (MS SQL) for database management and optimization

Support and optimize applications built on the .NET (C#) stack
What You’ll Bring

Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Azure cloud infrastructure

Strong expertise in .NET (C#) for supporting and optimizing backend systems

Hands-on experience with Azure Front Door for managing traffic and availability

Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps and Gulp

Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, New Relic, etc.)

Experience with MS SQL for database administration, tuning, and optimization

Solid understanding of web application architecture and distributed systems

Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across distributed systems

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on automation and improving reliability

Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Experience managing Microsoft Office 365 environments for user and group management

More Details
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000, with potential adjustments based on your experience. We also offer a highly competitive benefits package as part of our comprehensive compensation package that includes fully paid family health, dental, and vision insurance as well as a 401k match.
